Services
Terms and Conditions of Services
DL TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD (herein known as ConfuciusTech) always takes diligent care in servicing all goods, however ConfuciusTech has no liability whatsoever for any form of damage or loss of the aforementioned goods.
For the Free Inspection Service, a 15 minute diagnosis interval is allocated for identifying the problem. If the diagnosis requires a longer period of time, a General Service fee may apply with a capped limit of $80.00. If during a service towards software related problems, a hardware fault is detected and requires troubleshooting to continue said service, a General Service fee can apply to the services rendered.
After-service problems must be reported and returned no later than 5 working days. After-Service penalties may apply at the discretion of ConfuciusTech.
ConfuciusTech will not be responsible for any loss of data, and that it is the responsibility of the customer to backup any data which he/she believes to be important, valuable, or irreplaceable before bringing in any goods for servicing.
Goods returned for repair must be returned within 7 (seven) days of receipt or RA number.
Any customer defunct goods are expected to be picked up and removed at the discretion of the customer. Any goods left for disposal may incur a disposal charge of $35.00.
All relevant paperwork will need to be shown when collecting goods.
All service charges must be paid for before being picked up by the owner.
Retail
All products sold or ordered from ConfuciusTech have a RTB warranty period of 1 year from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified. A tax invoice is required as proof of purchase.
All products sold or ordered from ConfuciusTech are the sole property of ConfuciusTech until all payments have been completed and cleared.
Payments made via credit accounts will have a 2% surcharge added to the purchase price
Returned goods are subject to credit or exchange at the discretion of ConfuciusTech. Goods must be returned within 7 days form the original invoice date and must be in .re-saleable. condition with all original packaging.
Returns for credit may incur a 15% Restocking Fee at the discretion of ConfuciusTech.
Individual compatibility of items sold are not guaranteed unless tested and installed by one of our technicians. Incompatibility between hardware and software is a responsibility of the customer.
Final pricing of ordered goods is always decided upon day of arrival unless otherwise specified.
Warranty
All products sold at ConfuciusTech carry a 12 month RTB warranty period unless otherwise stated. Most products may also carry a manufacturers. warranty period that may extend past the retailers. 12 month warranty period. Please check with the relevant manufacturer for further information.
ConfuciusTech will void warranty of any product that has been mishandled, modified or interfered by unauthorised personnel. The removal of any factory seals, serial numbers or warranty stickers will also void the warranty. Warranty is void on physically damaged items.
For all networking products, please ensure that you have contacted and spoken to the customer service branch of the product manufacturer and your current internet service provider before submitting the product for warranty purposes.
DOA (Dead On Arrival) products must be reported immediately and returned to ConfuciusTech within 7 working days of the tax invoice.
Any goods returned for repair found not faulty or goods with physical damage or damage caused by improper use will not be covered by warranty and the customer shall be liable for a handling and service fee. Only the item in question needs to be returned, and no responsibility will be taken for items such as cables, manuals, CDs or original box.
Any omissions on the RA form, or uncompleted fault descriptions may result in delays.
