Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions applies (prior or after) any purchases made at (Confucius Technologies = Confucius). Confucius will have these terms & conditions made available to the public at all times, while that Confucius staff member may try their best to inform the customer about our terms & conditions prior to the transaction, however it is the customer’s responsibility to go through and understand the details of the terms & conditions. Once the transaction is made, it is assumed that the customer has acknowledged the terms and conditions at Confucius Technologies.
Purchases / Warranty
• Invoice must be presented for warranty or any after sale enquiries in relation to a product you’ve purchased at Confucius Technologies.
• Warranty is not transferable. Warranty will void if label is removed or goods are found physically damaged.
• Warranty may be refused if invoice/receipt is not presented or proof of purchased cannot be made.
• Warranty does not cover damage to other equipment used in conjunction with these goods.
• Goods returned under warranty must be in their original packaging.
• Goods that are open cannot be exchange or refunded unless it is faulty. Under faulty circumstances, exchange can be done within 5 working days of the purchase, otherwise the item must go through the standard RA process.
• Confucius Technologies provides minimum 1-year manufacturer warranty on all brand new products unless otherwise specified.
• Confucius Technologies provides 1 year warranty on all standard system purchased.
• The goods are to remain in title and property of Confucius Technologies Pty Ltd until fully paid and cheques are cleared.
* Unopen "stocked" products can be refunded within 3 days. Ordered products will attract a 15% re-stocking fee.
* Refunded Products under $100 will attract 30% re-stocking fee.
Technical Service
• Customer computers brought in for repairs or technical service at Confucius Technologies must pick up their computers within 14 days upon being notified by Confucius staff that their computer is ready to pick up. If you wish to leave your computer at Confucius Technologies for an extended period, you must notify Confucius within the 14 day period and Confucius may have the right to charge storage fee.
• If however, we cannot contact you for what ever reasons, the customer has up to 30 days to pick up or contact Confucius from the date that the computer was accepted by Confucius Technologies to perform repairs or service. If the computer was not picked up or Confucius was not contacted within this 30 day period, Confucius has the right to either charge storage fee calculated by daily basis or dispose the system at Confucius’s discretion.
Storage Fee
• $5 per day per item. An item is measured by anything above 1kg. Typically these items are but not limited to computer towers and monitors. |
