With over 60 PCs equipped with 22" LCD monitors, running the latest and greatest games out there, Confucius Tech is home to a thriving network of gamers, spanning genres from FPS to RTS.

For those who want to check their email or catch up with family and friends, our computers are equipped with microphones and webcams. Additional services include printing, scanning, faxing and burning.

Gaming has often copped a fair bit of criticism from some members of the public, with opponents claiming that gaming leads to increased aggression and antisocial behaviour. However, are these assertions accurate? Several recent studies have concluded that the aforementioned hypothesis is tenuous at best [citation needed].

So why are gamers burdened with such a negative stigma? In most cases, critics focus exclusively on violent video games, ignoring other genres completely. For now, let's focus on violent video games too.
